Return and Exchange Instructions: We place great importance on the cleanliness and hygiene of our products. Considering the intimate nature of underwear items and personal privacy concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for underwear that has been tried on. However, we understand the importance of protecting buyers' rights and interests. Therefore, we are still able to accept returns and exchanges for unopened products.

If you need to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. However, if you need to return or exchange a product due to quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost for you.
